Yes, we offer different volume discounts depending on the order quantity. Please send us a message via email (support@productcheckinstitute.com) stating how many products you would like to have tested and we will send you a corresponding offer!
Yes, the productcheck institute seal can be issued in other languages. We currently offer english, german, Italian, French and Spanish. We can also create another language for you on request. The fees for a foreign language seal in addition to a German seal are a one-off fee of €39 and an annual license fee of €9.99 from the second year onwards. If you only want a foreign language seal but not a english seal, the costs are the same as for a english seal.

After your booking, you will appear in our system and we will be expecting your package with your sample product. USA We will then test and evaluate your product and you will receive an email with your test result within 7 days of your package arriving.
No, the package does not have to be sent to a specific department/recipient. Simply enter “product check Online Institut” as the recipient.
If there are only differences in color and/or size of a product, it is permitted to use one seal for the different variants. For all other deviations/differences, please write us a message via email (support@productcheckinstitute.com) or and we will clarify your individual case.
Please note that we can only accept packages over 20 kg after prior registration. If your product weighs 20 kg or more, please send us an email in advance at support@productcheckinstitute.com and we will discuss everything else with you.
